Helper Killed By Tigers Complaining About Work
SAMARINDA - A housemaid in Samarinda City, East Kalimantan named Suprianda (27) was found dead covered in blood in her employer's pet tiger cage on Saturday.
The police also investigated and examined witnesses and currently the police have named the owner of the house or Suprianda's employer as a suspect.
In the amateur video footage of residents, it can be seen when the wife and the victim's family cry hysterically that Suprianda is lifeless in a pathetic condition.
In the midst of deep sadness, the victim's family shouted several times asking for accountability from the victim's employer.
One of the families of the victim named Hanifah during the police investigation revealed that before being found dead, the victim had complained about his dangerous work to the family. The reason is that the victim has often been injured as a result of being attacked by her employer's pet tiger, but the employer has not ignored it.
"The boss doesn't believe that the tiger scratched or bit, unless there is evidence that it is true that it was done by a tiger," said Hanifah during a police investigation, Sunday, November 19.
The victim also had time to ask to stop working, but his application was rejected by the employer.
"Previously, I wanted to stop, but it was not allowed. Maybe because finding a replacement was difficult," said Hanifah.

Suprianda is thought to have died since 11.00 WITA. The victim was probably attacked by a tiger while outside the cage, then dragged into the cage.
"The estimate was that he died at 11 o'clock because his boss had not been contacted for a long time. So his boss contacted his assistant and was told to check how Sur (the victim) was in his condition at home," said Hanifah.
