Unpaid Bond Interest, Waskita Karya Shares Suspended Again
JAKARTA - PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (IDX) has again extended the temporary suspension (suspension) of shares of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT). This is adrift of paying the interest on the bonds.
Citing the disclosure of information, Thursday, November 16, the temporary suspension of WSKT shares in all markets is calculated from today's I Securities trading session. The duration of the suspension to the announcement of the stock exchange is further.
This suspension was due to Persero delaying the payment of the 18th interest of Waskita Karya Phase IV Shelf-Registered Bonds III in 2019 series B (WSKT03BCN4).
Therefore, to maintain a regular, reasonable and efficient effect trading, this suspension extension was triggered.
