Metro Police Chief Ensures To Immediately Hold Cases Of Determination Of SYL Extortion Suspects
JAKARTA - Metro Jaya Police Chief Inspector General Karyoto said the investigation team immediately carried out a case of alleged extortion of the former Minister of Agriculture, Syahrul Yasin Limpo or SYL. Soon there will be a suspect in the case.
"Later from our team, maybe soon (the case will be held)," Karyoto told reporters, Monday, November 13.
However, when asked about the timing of the case title process which was likely this week, Karyoto was efficient in speaking. He only stated that he was waiting for the steps to be taken by the investigative team.
"We'll see," said Karyoto.
The temporary development of the investigation into the alleged extortion case against Syahrul Yasin Limpo, Polda Metro Jaya has examined around 70 witnesses.

Not only witnesses, in an effort to resolve this alleged extortion case, investigators also asked for information from five experts.
The experts are, one micro expression expert, three criminal law experts, and one procedural law expert.
In this case, it is suspected that there was a criminal act of Article 12 letter e, Article 12 letter B, and/or Article 11 of the Law on Corruption Junto Article 65 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.
