Live The Most Productive Season, Gundogan Wants To Retire At Manchester City
JAKARTA - Midfielder Ilkay Gundogan wants to spend the rest of his career with Manchester City.
Gundogan has been an important player for Pep Guardiola's team this season and has had his most productive season since joining from Borussia Dortmund in 2016.
The 30-year-old player has scored 13 goals in 25 appearances during the 2020-2021 season and has led City to the top of the standings.
"I have to honestly say that I can imagine it happening," he told Sky Sport about a possible retirement at City. Reported by Antara, Monday, February 15.

City beat Tottenham 3-0 yesterday to stay ahead in pole position, while the reigning champions Liverpool have fallen further behind after being beaten 1-3 by Leicester.
Gundogan believes his team can win the Premier League again but insists his team must be in the best condition.
"If we continue to play like this, I think we are favorites to win the title. However, it requires hard work from each player. Individually and as a team," he said.
"We know what we have achieved in the last few weeks and what responsibility it will take. We have to take responsibility because, in the end, we want to be champions."
