Prosecutor's Office Searches Natuna's Disperindapkopum Office
NATUNA - The District Attorney's Office (Kejari) of Natuna Regency, Riau Islands, conducted a search at the Natuna Office of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and Businesses (Disperindakopum).
Head of the Special Crimes Section of the Natuna Prosecutor's Office, Denny, in Natuna, Friday said that the search was carried out in order to complete the case file for the alleged corruption of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) revolving funds amounting to Rp55 billion in 2007.
He said previously that his party had also examined 30 witnesses related to the case. However, his party has not yet determined the suspect.
"This case has been fingerprinted," said Denny as quoted by ANTARA, Friday, November 10.
He said the search had been carried out since morning by involving several officers from the Natuna Kejari.
"The search started at 10 am. We don't know what time it will be," he said.
Meanwhile, the Secretary of the Natuna Disperindapkopum, Abdul Karim, said that the agency's office had been searched by the Natuna Kejari team since morning until it took place tonight.

"Yes, that's right, it's just that starting at what time I don't know. I got the news earlier at around 10 o'clock because I took part in the MSME event," said Karim.
He said that before conducting the search, the Natuna Kejari team had coordinated with its leadership regarding the alleged corruption of MSMEs.
During the search, he said, his party had received directions to participate in providing assistance to the Natuna Kejari team.
