Three Pillars of Senen Hold Joint Coordination Ahead of 2024 Election, Police: Temporarily Safe, No Turbulence

JAKARTA - Three Pillars of Senen sub-district, is collaborating with a number of community organizations (Ormas) to provide security ahead of the 2024 election. Dozens of joint members also held a rally together at HKSN Park, Senen Sub-district, Central Jakarta, Thursday 9 November.

Senen Police Chief, AKP Bambang Santoso, said that his party was ready to support security ahead of the 2024 election. Apart from that, the three pillars also routinely carry out patrols in the Senen area.

"We also continue to anticipate vulnerabilities in each series of election stages," said AKP Bambang to journalists, Thursday, November 9.

AKP Bambang confirmed that the Senen area does not have any vulnerable spots. Even so, the joint forces continue to anticipate all possibilities that may occur.

"Meanwhile, the results of the sub-district and Sector Police analysis are that everything is declared safe because there was no potential turmoil during this election," he said.

Meanwhile, the Head of Senen Subdistrict, Ronny added, the subdistrict party has met with mass organizations in the Senen area to ensure order security. The sub-district head appealed to the public to immediately report to the three pillars if any vulnerabilities are found.

"Don't immediately act alone but report to us the three pillars. This is so we can know what steps to take," he said.

Ronny hopes that the public and mass organizations will not be provoked by any form of issues that cause commotion in the election.
