BPK Has A Fund Flow Of IDR 40 Billion, Conditions For 4G BTS Projects That Had 'Strengthened'
JAKARTA - The Financial Audit Agency (BPK) has been splashed in the flow of funds for the 4G Kominfo base transceiver station (BTS) project amounting to Rp40 billion. Its designation is to demonstrate the process of auditing projects that are experiencing delays.
The disclosure of the allocation of funds to the BPK was revealed when the panel of judges read out legal facts in the trial of the verdict for the defendants Johnny G Plate, Anang Achmad Latif, and Yohan Suryanto.
"That in mid-2022 at the Grand Hyatt Jakarta hotel, Windi Purnama handed over money to Sadikin amounting to 40 billion rupiah," said the judge, Wednesday, November 8.
Dari fakta hukum yang ditemukan selama proses persidangan, uang itu diberikan oleh Windi kepada Sadikin untuk menghindari proses audit yang dilakukan BPK.
This is because the BTS 4G construction project and supporting infrastructure 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 are experiencing delays from 2021 to 2022.
"The handover of the money is addressed to the BPK related to the audit conducted by the BPK on the BTS 4G 2021 to 2022 development project which is experiencing delays," said the judge.
