Nicolas Cage's Son, Wes Cage Releases The Wolf's New Single Clip Video

JAKARTA - Rocker Wes Cage, Nicolas Cage's son, released an official music video for The Wolf's new single.

The independent song, which is available through Pavement Entertainment, was written with Keith Wallen from Breaking Benjamin.

"I hope this song can be accepted by many people and is considered a symbolic work of art that encourages victory and hope," Cage said in an official statement.

"The Wolf is about a higher spiritual dichotomy and lower self-dichotomy," he continued.

Produced by Glitter And Gold Media and filmed at Le Grand Restaurant in Los Angeles, California, the clip shows Cage struggling with darkness while seeking light.

"In the video, I play two contrasting incarnations of the same character. The lower self, in his case, is one of the poverty, no self-control, addiction, forgetfulness and failure," Cage said.

"Meanwhile, higher self is depicted through creatures that have overall strength, height, awareness, organization, and success. Both forces live within all of us."

Cage is dealing with myths, mysticalness, and madness, creating an in-depth relationship with the invisible through timeless prime voice power.

The music we make is part of my essence and must always be released, "said Cage. "In lyric, The Wolf takes a higher and lower dichotomy between the higher and lower self. One represents strength, intelligence, organization, responsibility; the other represents harmony, failure, depression, sadness."

According to Cage's confession, the fight against addiction once led him to dig his own grave. A recovery supporter who fell into despair and became stronger, Cage music spoke wisely beyond his age, which was formed by hard experience.

Now, as a dedicated family man in his early 30s, Cage is starting a bold new chapter, creating an ambitious hard rock that is no less authentic or superior, but designed to connect on a larger scale. The music is both reflexive and innovative, with songs that many people like.

In 2014, Cage released a heavy metal single, Tell Me Why (Matriarch Of HISTORY). At that time, the song was expected to appear on Cage's debut solo album, entitled Prehistoric Dichotomy.
