Case Of Rudenim Officer Killed, South Korean Foreigner Becomes Suspect But Not About Murder
JAKARTA - The police have named a foreign citizen (WNA) from South Korea with the initials KH as a suspect in a series of cases of the death of Jakarta Immigration Detention Center (Rudenim) officer, Tri Fattah Firdaus. However, it is not related to murder, but about unpleasant acts and threats of violence.
"Yes, he (is a suspect), related to cases of unpleasant acts with threats of violence," said Head of Sub-Directorate 4 Jatanras of the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation of the Polda Metro Jaya AKBP Samian when contacted, Monday, October 30.
KH carried out threats and unpleasant acts against security and officers of the Metro Garden Apartment, Karang Tengah, Tangerang City.
At that time, the suspect refused to be secured by officers after the incident of the fall of Tri Fattah Firdaus. The South Korean foreigner fought back by threatening to use a knife.
Meanwhile, the matter of KH's involvement behind the death of the Rudenim officer is still being investigated. However, there were allegations that the foreigner's nila had pushed the victim until it was finally investigated.

Moreover, from the results of the crime scene (TKP) found bloodstains that further strengthen the occurrence of allegations of murder or abuse.
"Regarding that (the alleged murder) is still being investigated," said Samian.
Previously, Tri Fattah fell from the top of an apartment in the Tangerang area. The incident occurred on Friday, October 27, in the early hours of the morning at around 03.00 WIB.
Meanwhile, KH, a South Korean citizen suspected of being the perpetrator, was arrested by the police on Friday morning at around 08.00 WIB. The perpetrator also fought back when he was arrested.
