Involved In Drug Cases, Lee Sun Kyun Leaves Drama No Way Out
JAKARTA - Lee Sun Kyun will leave the production of her latest drama, No Way Out. Reportedly, drama production has been postponed for up to two weeks to adjust the cast list.
Launching Ilgan Sports, the production team No Way Out confirmed the news. Lee Sun Kyun's exit was related to a drug case involving his name.
After an unlucky incident related to Lee Sun Kyun last week, the actor expressed his intention to leave as the production team needed time to take care of the situation, "said the drama production team No Way Out.
The production team agreed with the actor's request. Filming will be carried out on schedule and will not be postponed," said the production team.
Drama No Way Out tells the story of a confrontation between two parties: those who want to kill and those who want to survive. A bounce with a prize of 20 billion won is awarded to criminals who come out of prison.

On October 19, the Incheon police released news that they were investigating a 40s actor suspected of being involved with drug abuse in the Gangnam area.
Lee Sun Kyun's agency confirmed the report but explained that the actor wanted to report to the police, not to be one of the 8 arrested users.
Lee Sun Kyun was questioned with Han Seo Hee, a former idol trainee and Hwang Ha Na, a member of the chaebol family. The agency stated that the actor did not know the two people mentioned.
When asked if he used drugs, Sun Kyun's lawyer replied, "It's hard to answer. We will follow the police investigation well."
