Ministry Of ATR/BPN Encourages Regions To Accelerate Settlement Of 2,000 Spatial Plans
TANAH DATAR - Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) encourages local governments to accelerate the completion of 2,000 spatial planning documents (RDTR).
"The target is 2,000 RDTR. Currently, only 345 out of 2,000 have been completed," said ATR/BPN Minister Hadi Tjahjanto on the sidelines of handing over the certificate of land management rights for the customary people of the Sungayang customary law community (village), Tanah Datar Regency, West Sumatra, reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, October 30.
Given the minimal achievement of RDTR, Hadi encouraged relevant stakeholders to immediately execute it.
"If we look at Indonesia, which is so wide, it should have 2,000 RDTR but only 345, it is still very lacking," he said.
Hadi explained that when RDTR can be completed, including the completion of customary land certificates, investors entering an area will also be comfortable. Because, there is legal certainty over the land.
"Investors will definitely be eager to invest," he said.
