Yama Carlos' Ex-wife, Arfita Dwi Putri, Files An Appeal Regarding Custody
JAKARTA - Actor Yama Carlos and his ex-wife, Arfita Dwi Putri, were officially declared divorced by the Tangerang District Court on Thursday, September 21. In this divorce trial, Yama Carlos was also decided to get custody of their child.
However, Arfita Dwi Putri, through her attorney, Henry Indraguna said she did not accept the court's decision. Therefore, he will take further legal action in order to obtain child custody.
"On the basis of the Tangerang District Court's demands, therefore we are taking further legal action, we consider this decision to be less careful in the decision at the Tangerang District Court," said Arfita's attorney, Henry Indraguna in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, Thursday, October 5.
This was done by Arfita because he saw the age of their son, Marco Armanda Blessio Carlos, who was still a minor. So according to him, it is appropriate for their son to be given to his mother.
"Actually, the two of them (Yama and Arfita) children cannot be together, they should not be victims of child custody under the custody of both parties," Henry continued.

If you can't, Arfita asks their only son to be cared for together. Therefore, Arfita appealed to the Tangeran District Court as of Thursday, October 5.
"Hopefully our clients should fall to both parties, there will be no ex-father and mother. Hopefully, this child will be cared for by both parties, therefore we will take further legal action," concluded Henry.
"As long as we make legal efforts to continue the appeal or cassation until the PK, we hope that both parties will wait for the verdict, let's obey together," said Henry.
