The Toyota Sienta Car Belonging To A Rental Embezzled By The Rihana And Rihani Twins Was Found In Serang Banten

JAKARTA - The Kebayoran Baru Police have found a Toyota Sienta car embezzled by two twin women, Riana and Rihani. According to reports, the rental car was pawned by the suspect.

Kapolsek Kebayoran Baru, Kompol Tribuana Roseno said, since the case of car embezzlement was reported by the victim in January 2023, his party immediately conducted an investigation. Until finally the Toyota Sienta car was found in Serang, Banten.

"Sudah berhasil menemukan barang bukti berupa 1 unit mobil Toyota Sienta Nopol B-2352-SYS, warna Hitam, tahun 2018 yang menjadi objek dalam perkara penggelapan," kata Tribuana dalam keterangannya, Rabu, 4 Oktober.

Tribuana explained that car embezzlement began when Riana and Rihani rented a Toyota Sienta car to the victim at a monthly fee of Rp. 6.5 million since February 2018.

However, over time, Riana and Rihani did not make the next payment. In fact, neither of them has received any news since December 2022. Finally, the victim reported to the Kebayoran Baru Police in January 2023.

Based on the fact that the car investigation initially changed hands (diganied) to another party as collateral related to the Iphone Fraud TP carried out by the suspect.

"Then the car changed again three times or moved to its fourth hand," he said.

Now Riana and Rihani are undergoing trial for cases of fraud and embezzlement at the Tangerang District Court (PN).
