MA Student In Demak Aniaya Teacher Using Celurit Arrested

JATENG - Police arrested MAR (17), a Madrasah Aliah (MA) student in Demak Regency who abused his teacher using a sharp weapon.

"Arrested in an empty house in Grobogan Regency," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Demak Police AKP Winardi in a press release in Semarang, Tuesday, September 26, which was confiscated by Antara.

The suspect fled on a motorbike after injuring his teacher on Monday, September 25.

The incident was triggered by the incident on Saturday, September 23, when the perpetrator was going to take the school exam.

Fatkur's victim forbade his students to take the exam because they had not done the mandatory task which was a requirement to take the test.

On Monday, September 25, the perpetrator came back to school to ask for permission to take the exam even though he had not completed his mandatory duties.

"However, the victim again refused," he said.

The perpetrator, who was allegedly irritated by the refusal, then went home to take a sharp sickle type weapon and returned to school.

"The perpetrator immediately went to the classroom, then abused the victim," he added.

For his actions, the suspect was charged with Article 355 or 354 or 353 of the Criminal Code concerning persecution

Meanwhile, the victim was referred to Dr. Kariadi Hospital Semarang for treatment.
