Police Dismantle Illegal Drug Sales Practices Under The Guise Of Cosmetics Shops In Tangerang
TANGERANG - The police managed to uncover the sale of illegal drugs, namely tramadol and eximer under the guise of a cosmetic shop in the Sepatan area, Tangerang Regency, Banten. Sepatan Police Chief AKP Sriyono said that from the disclosure of the cases carried out, his party managed to arrest three suspects and confiscated 1,166 pills of illegal drugs. The three people arrested were NH (28), RJ (24) and AG (21). "The arrests of the three perpetrators began with information from the public regarding the existence of places that were used as sale or distribution of G-list drugs and without distribution permits," said AKP Sriyono, quoted by ANTARA, Friday, September 22. He explained that 210 tramadol grains and 75 counter items were confiscated from the perpetrators of NH (28) and RJ (24) on Saturday, September 16, 2023 at around 16.30 WIB at the Ahmad Yani Street Cosmetic Shop, Kampung Sarakan, Pisangan Jaya Village, Sepatan District, Tangerang Regency. Then on Monday, Monday, the Sepatan Police Criminal Unit again confiscated 103 tramadol grains and 778 eximers at the Kampung Teriti Cosmetic Shop, Karet Village, Sepatan District.
"So we have confiscated a total of 1,166 pills of prohibited drugs from the three suspects," he said. Based on instructions from the Police Chief Kombes Pol Zain Dwi Nugroho, all Polsek Jajaran continues to be advised to participate actively in eradicating the circulation of illegal drugs in their respective areas.

"The threat of imprisonment is a maximum of 15 years," he said.
