Brantas Abipraya Gets PMN Non-cash In The Form Of Land And Bagunan, Value Of IDR 211.98 Billion
JAKARTA - Commission XI of the DPR RI approved the implementation of non-cash State Capital Participation (PMN) to PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero).
PMN given is state property (BMN) in the form of land and buildings worth IDR 211.98 billion.
Deputy Chairman of Commission XI DPR RI Fathan Subchi said this non-cash PMN aims to improve the capital structure and business capacity of company companies with urgency to meet the needs of the workspace, HR development space and supporting facilities for parking vehicles.
"The House of Representatives Commission XI approved PMN non-cash FY 2023 in the form of State Property in the form of land and buildings with a fair value of Rp. 211,981,785,000 to PT Brantas Abipraya," he said when delivering the conclusion of the DPR Commission XI meeting with DJKN, written Thursday, September 21.
Meanwhile, the Director General of State Assets of the Ministry of Finance, Rionald Silaban, said that the non-cash PMN in the form of BMN which was handed over to Btantas Abipraya was a building located next to the head office of PT Brantas Aipraya, which is a BMN belonging to the Ministry of PUPR.
Furthermore, Rional revealed, there are three rights certificates that will be included and there are also buildings that are assessed.

In detail, the land of SHP No.450 covering an area of 2.820 square meters worth IDR 87.9 billion. Then, the land of SHP no.452 covering an area of 2.380 square meters worth IDR 72.3 billion.
Then, the 6-story SHP building No.450 covering an area of 8.202 worth IDR 51.41 billion. Also, a permanent fence covering an area of 225 square meters worth IDR 325.48 million.
"It is hoped that with the inclusion of this BMN, it will reduce the rental burden from Brantas Abipraya at the same time, it can also improve the capital structure of Brantas Abipraya," said Rionald.
