Azriel Hermansyah Denies Asking Sarah Menzel To Change Religion To Marry
JAKARTA - The relationship between Azriel Hermansyah and Sarah Menzel seems to be continuing to the next level, namely getting married. The two of them have met with each other's families and often talk about the plan.
Because of the plan, not a few have asked about their beliefs. The reason is, Azriel and Sarah adhere to different religions, namely Azriel is a Muslim while Sarah is Hindu.
Sarah Menzel revealed that she would convert to Islam according to Azriel's belief. This made the public suspect that Sarah was asked by Azriel to follow her beliefs.
Azriel and Sarah made a video discussing the news of changing religions. Azriel emphasized that he did not force Sarah to convert because Sarah's parents gave permission if her child realized this wish.
"This is not coercion, well. But indeed his mother is also allowed (to change religion). This is not coercion, so I have never forced it," said Azriel Hermansyah in her latest video with Sarah Menzel.

"The lines are already there, it's just me," said Azriel.
Sarah confirmed Azriel Hermansyah's statement and added that it would happen if she married Azriel. In addition, she also explained that in Bali, a wife follows her husband, including religious matters.
In Bali, we are girls and their husbands. Most of the terms are Hindus, if at his house where we are with our husband, but it depends. You can join the girl if you don't have a brother in the girl. Sarah is a brother," said Sarah Menzel.
Sarah also revealed that her parents embraced a different religion. In this case, Sarah's father followed Sarah's mother's trust.
"Because mama papa is also of different religions. But papah who joins (change religion). Because (family) mamah are both girls and first child's mother. So if for example mamah joins papah, nothing will interfere at all," said Sarah Menzel.
"Because her sister is mama, a girl goes with her husband. So someone must be at home. If Sarah has Sarah's sister. So Sarah can come out (change religion with her husband)," added Sarah again.
