KPK Duga Ada Pengondian Fiktif Dan Mark Up Di Procurement Proyek Tanah Pulo Gebang

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) suspects that there was an inflated or mark-up when the land acquisition project in Pulo Gebang was carried out which led to a bancakan. This information was examined by four witnesses.The four witnesses are PPAT Eny Haryanti; notary named Yurisca Lady Enggrani; private employee, Yuri Sjachruddin Hidajat; and private party Arwin Rasyid. They were asked for information regarding the flow of money received by the suspects in this case."Witnesses were present and their knowledge was investigated, among others, related to the flow of money from the private sector who was named a suspect in this case," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri to reporters, Monday, September 11."The money is thought to have come from a land acquisition project in Pulo Gebang which is conditioned fictitious and marked up," he continued.Ali has not specified how much money was inflated and has finally been distributed to the suspects. However, the statements of the four witnesses are believed to make light of their actions.In addition, investigators will also examine the former President Director of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, Agus Himwan Widiyanto and former employee of PT Aldira Berkah Abadi Makmur, Eka Putri Noviyanti. However, Ali said the two were not present and would be rescheduled.Agus will be questioned on Thursday, September 14 while Eka is being questioned on Monday, September 18. "KPK reminds the two witnesses to be cooperative in attending according to the schedule determined by the investigative team," he said.Previously, allegations of corruption in land acquisition in Pulo Gebang Village, Cakung District, East Jakarta occurred in 2018-2019. This process was carried out by Perumda Sarana Jaya.The KPK has not detailed who the suspects are. However, a series of investigation efforts have been carried out, including conducting a search at the DKI Jakarta DPRD Building on January 18.Six rooms were searched, including the office on the 10th floor, 8, 6, 4, 2, and the staff of Commission C of the DKI DPRD. One of them is called the Cinta Mega room which is a member of the DKI Jakarta DPRD from the PDIP faction.
From this activity, evidence was found in the form of documents and electronic evidence allegedly related to land acquisition in Pulogebang. All of these findings will be investigated by the KPK and confiscated to complete the case file.
