National Customer Day, Hutama Karya Prepares Thousands Of Special Merchandise For Toll Road Users

JAKARTA Celebrating National Customer Day, on Monday 4 September, PT Hutama Karya (Persero) prepared thousands of special edition merchandise that were distributed free of charge to to toll road users, both on the Trans Sumatra Toll Road (JTTS) such as the Terbanggi Besar Section Pematang Panggang Kayu Agung, Palembang Indralaya, Indralaya Prabumulih, Bengkulu Taba Penjung, Pekanbaru Dumai, Pekanbaru - Bangkinang, Binjai Stabat and Sigli Banda Aceh as well as on the JORR Toll Road Section S & Access Tanjung Priok.

The limited special edition merchandise is distributed directly by each Branch Manager on each toll road from 10.00 to 13.00 WIB and from 15.00 to 16.00 in stages to 100 customers on each toll road randomly. The merchandise distributed varies, from e-money cards to mug cards with a special design depicting officers who are helping topping cards at toll gates.

"The meaning of the image is hope to always provide optimal service to managed toll road users," said Tjahjo Purnomo, Executive Vice President (EVP) of the Corporate Secretary Hutama Karya, in his statement, Tuesday, September 5.

Symbolically, specifically for the JORR-S Toll Road, the distribution of merchandise is carried out by the EVP of the Hutama Karya Toll Road Operation & Maintenance Division Dwi Aryono Bayuaji while greeting road users who cross the Pasar Rebo Toll Gate (GT) accompanied by the JORR Toll Manager Branch Section S Untung Joko.

"This merchandise distribution is a form of appreciation from Hutama Karya to road users who have become loyal customers, the Hutama Karya managed toll road," said Tjahjo.

Furthermore, Tjahjo added that for Hutama The customer satisfaction work is an important element in the sustainability of the toll road business managed by which the results of a customer satisfaction survey conducted by PT SUCOFINDO, it was found that the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) in 2022 on 9 Toll Roads managed by Hutama Karya showed satisfactory results with an index value of 4.49 (from a scale of 1-5) or the equivalent of 89 percent.

"We are targeting our CSI to continue to increase from year to year and for this year it can increase to 4.6 from a scale of 1-5. We are committed to continuing to improve services on managed toll roads so that if toll road users have discomfort or criticism & suggestions can be conveyed through the Hutama Karya toll road social media at @HKTollIndonesia," concluded Tjahjo.

To date, Hutama Karya has operated 516 km of toll roads located on the Trans Sumatra Toll Road (JTTS) including the Terbanggi Besar Toll Road Pematang Panggang Kayuagung (189 km), Palembang Toll Road Indralaya (22 km), Indralaya Toll Road Prabumulih (64 km), Pekanbaru Dumai (132 km), Pekanbaru Bangkinang (31 km) Toll Road Binjai Langsa Section 1 (12 km) and Sigli - Banda Aceh Section 2 6 (50 km) and 25.9 toll roads located on Java Island, namely JORR Toll Section S (14,5) and Tanjung Priok Access Toll Road (11,4).
