The Case Of A Junior High School Student Found Dead After Returning From School Is Still Under Investigation
RIAU - Bengkalis Resort Police, Riau Province investigated the motive for the discovery of a student's corpse in a condition still dressed as a school around Jalan Lintas Duri-Pekanbaru, precisely Balai Raja Village, Pinggir District, Saturday, September 2, at around 21.20 WIB.
"The women's youth with the initials LS (13) when found was still wearing school uniforms and we are still investigating the motive," said Bengkalis Police Chief AKBP Setyo Bimi Anggoro, quoted from Antara, Sunday, September 3.
He further said that the victim found was a child who had previously been reported missing by the family. After processing the crime scene (TKP), the victim was taken to the hospital to find evidence of the cause of death.
"The victim was found in accordance with the characteristics of the missing child from the report we received from the family who is still a junior high school student," added the Police Chief.
It was explained that witness Gultom received a call from a woman from Nurmaya Boru Situmeang (the victim's mother) to ask about her child's whereabouts at school. Then the witness's child admitted to seeing the victim at school, then the victim's mother said that the victim had not returned until late at night.

"With the information that the victim has not returned, the victim's mother and the community are trying to search all the way to the victim's house by checking in the bushes along the road," said Setyo.
The search continues, and at 21.20 WIB, the victim was found in the bushes about 5 meters from the road in a lifeless condition.
"The victim was found lying lying with his head in a state of injury, and his family immediately reported the incident to the Pinggir Sector Police," he said.
