Ipay Intends To Delete Cinderella Song From Circulation
JAKARTA - After making a subpoena some time ago, Rival Bayu alias Ipay officially reported Ian Kasela to Polda Metro Jaya on Friday, September 1 the day after tomorrow.
Still about the same problem, Ipay, who claimed to be the songwriter for Cinderella, who was popularized by Radja, felt that his moral rights and economic rights were violated.
Ipay said that subpoenas and reports were made to reveal facts and restore his rights as a songwriter.
"Don't think I made a subpoena because I wanted to sing the Cinderella song. I just want to take my rights, I want to straighten out the truth and the law," said Ipay to the media crew at Polda Metro Jaya on Friday, September 1.
If this has been achieved, Ipay actually intends to cancel the song Cinderella from circulation.
"I want one day, if this then becomes really back as my right, I will propose a Cinderella song or Cinderella fairy tale to be abolished in any form," he said.
Although he did not explain clearly what he meant, Ipay stated that he was ready to take any way so that the song could be canceled.
"I will submit it to the state, whatever it takes, I want the song to be canceled," said Ipay.
"Because I believe all parties involved in the song, there are children around the song. Whatever it is, when the song is published it will definitely have a psychological impact," he continued.

For this reason, Ipay felt that the song Cinderella was no longer played in any form.
"So, it's better if the song is deleted, considered non-existent, buried and doesn't need to be sung anymore," concluded Ipay.
For information, Ipay's report against Ian Kasela was registered with the police report number LP/B/5193/IX/2023/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA on suspicion of copyright abuse.
