Making Noise In Garut Military Complex, Motorcycle Gang Arrested By TNI Members
TNI members arrested eight members of a motorcycle gang for making noise with speeding, thus disturbing the comfort of the community around the military complex on Jalan Bratayuda, Garut Kota District, Garut Regency, West Java.
Head of the Public Relations Section of the Garut Police, Ipda Susilo Adhi, said that the Garut Police Criminal Investigation Unit had detained a motorized database called the XTC group, after being secured by members of the TNI when making noise at the military complex on Tuesday morning.
"Currently, members of the motorcycle gang are still being investigated by the Garut Police Criminal Investigation Unit," said Susilo Adhi as quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, August 22.
Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Garut Police, Ipda Adryan Yoga Pratama, added that eight members of the motorcycle gang using XTC attributes were secured by members of the TNI who served in the military complex not far from the Guntur General Hospital.
The motorized delinquent gang, he said, was desperate to make noise, namely racing with a noisy exhaust sound at the military complex, and at that time they were reprimanded by members of the TNI in non-service clothes in the area.
"TNI members who were wearing preman clothes immediately reprimanded them and then left the military area," he said.
But not long after, the motorized delinquent returned to the military complex area to find the person who reprimanded them.

Furthermore, TNI members who were on picket in the area asked where to find the person, and it turned out that they did not accept that their actions on the streets were reprimanded.
"On this confession, they were immediately secured by members of the TNI who were at the location," he said.
When secured by members of the TNI, this motorcycle gang carried sharp weapons, alcohol. They were taken to the Garut Police Station.
Those who are teenagers are residents of Tarogong Kidul, Karangpawitan, Cilawu, and Garut Kota sub-districts.
