Bali Tuak Seller Persecutes Residents With Spears During An Argument With Women
North Denpasar Police, Bali revealed the chronology of the incident of a tuak seller Gede Sutama molesting an expedition employee named Muammar Gaddafi (29) using a spear on Jalan Wandira Sakti, Pemecutan Kaja Village.
North Denpasar Police Chief Iptu I Putu Carlos Dolesgit explained that the persecution took place on Saturday, August 12.
The incident began when a woman with the initials NS (35) was involved in a commotion with a man, GS alias Robot.
At first, the victim of the Constitutional Court who was at the expedition warehouse where he worked heard a commotion between a woman under the influence of alcohol and a man.
The Constitutional Court, who saw NS also at that time several times stopped vehicles passing by to secure the situation.
Furthermore, the victim of the Constitutional Court tried to calm NS by inviting him away from the location. Both of them left the location using NS' motorbike.
Arriving at Madura stalls, Jalan Cokroaminoto, Ubung Kaja Village, North Denpasar District, Denpasar City, MK and NS stopped drinking beer.

"Because the victim (MK) was curious about the woman's problem, she tried to find out, until NS finally told her problem, that NS was having a grudge with someone where NS felt the person had trapped NS related to drug problems until he was sentenced to five years," said Iptu Carlos.
The Constitutional Court victim, who already knew about the problems experienced by NS, offered to NS to meet the person NS told, namely the perpetrator of GS alias Robot, who intended to solve the problem.
The victims of the Constitutional Court and NS also went to the perpetrator's place on Jalan Wandira Sakti, Pemecutan Kaja Village, North Denpasar District.
At that place, said the North Denpasar Police Chief, NS immediately shouted for the suspect.
NS and the suspect GS were also involved in the debate until NS hit the suspect in the face and was replied to by the suspect GS until NS fell.
NS then called the Constitutional Court, who was still on a motorbike at that time. The Constitutional Court, who heard the victim's screams, immediately went to him and chased the suspect.
The suspect ran to take the spear behind the shop where the suspect was selling palm wine. After getting the spear, suspect GS swung the spear and injured the left head and the victim's hand.
After realizing that his palm was injured, the victim ran away from the suspect followed by NS until he was finally helped by residents who passed by and took him to Sanglah Hospital in Denpasar.
After being arrested and investigated by investigators from the North Denpasar Police, said Carlos, the perpetrator GS himself gave information at first while waiting for his wife to pray, he was approached by a woman who shouted the suspect's name and then made a fuss.
The woman with the initials NS hit the suspect in the face and was replied to by the suspect until finally the woman fell because she was also drunk. Then, a man from the Constitutional Court came after the suspect.
"At that time the suspect ran behind the shop and found a spear, continued to attack the victim three times and when the third slash, the spearhead was held by the victim with his left hand, then the suspect pulled the spear which resulted in the victim's left palm being injured," said Carlos.
According to the suspect GS's confession, the commotion was triggered by past problems approximately five years ago with the woman, where the woman thought she had thrown her into prison for being involved in drug problems.

After being arrested by the police, GS was named a suspect for violating Article 351 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code (KUHP), which resulted in injuries to the victim with a maximum imprisonment of two years and eight months.
From the suspect, the police made a spear 1.5 meters long from the suspect as evidence.
The North Denpasar Police Chief did not provide further explanation regarding the allegations made by NS regarding the efforts of the perpetrator GS and his wife who allegedly trapped NS in a narcotics use case five years ago, also related to narcotics issues involving NS until they were imprisoned.
