Unlike Mario Dandy, Shane Lukas Was Sentenced To 6 Months If He Didn't Pay Restitution
JAKARTA - The public prosecutor (JPU) demanded that the defendant Shane Lukas pay restitution or compensation to David Ozora in the amount of Rp120 billion. This restitution payment together with Mario Dandy Satriyo and a child with the initials AG.
"To charge the defendant Shane Lukas, witness Mario Dandy, and the children of witnesses AG each in a separate case file, together with a balanced variety by adjusting the role and level of error that resulted in losses to pay restitution to the victim's child David Ozora amounting to Rp120,388,911,030 (Rp120 billion)," said the prosecutor at the trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, August 15.
If he is unable to pay restitution, then Shane Lukas will be sentenced to 6 months in prison. The sanction is lower than Mario Dandy Satriyo.
Because, if Rafael Alun Trisanbodo's son cannot pay restitution, his replacement sanction is 7 years in prison.

In this case, the prosecutor said Shane Lukas was sentenced to 5 years in prison. His actions were considered by the prosecutor to fulfill Article 355 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code.
