"The last progress of IKN as a whole until early August 2023 is around 38 percent based on the latest data," said Head of the IKN Infrastructure Development Task Force of the Ministry of PUPR Danis Sumadilaga in Jakarta, as quoted Thursday, August 10.

For details, Danis said, the construction of the dam has reached almost 100 percent. In fact, the Sepaku Semoi Dam will be inaugurated next October. In addition, for the construction of toll roads, there is also progress.

"Then, the toll road has started to progress, some have reached more than 30 percent, but some have 12 percent, this has to do with the land acquisition issue that we are trying to do," said Danis.

Meanwhile, he continued, the progress of the Presidential Palace construction has reached around 21 percent and for the presidential office it has reached 22 percent. "That (the progress) is close," said Danis.

For the construction of government buildings, consisting of the office of the Coordinating Ministry (Kemenko)1, the office of the Coordinating Ministry 2, the office of the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal and Security Affairs 3, and the office of the Coordinating Ministry for 4 have started running.

The offices are for the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment, the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal and Security Affairs, and the Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Culture.

"Then, the Government Building, namely Kemenko 1,2,3.4, has been running. Kemenko 1 has 11.7 percent, Kemenko 3 has 8 percent, Kemenko 4 has 12.5 percent, Kemenko 2 at that time it was a bit late because (it was constrained) the auction process, it (the progress) was only around 1-2 percent. We hope that all June 2024 will be finished," he said.

According to Danis, for the 4 existing offices of the Coordinating Ministry, it is planned that there will be 4 buildings each in it. For the initial stage, the Coordinating Ministry building will be used as a joint office or sharing office with the ministries under it. Of all existing Kemenko buildings, it is projected to accommodate around 12.000 state civil servants (ASN).

"So, later it will not only be for the office of the Coordinating Ministry, for example, the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries below it? PUPR, BUMN. The office used to be there, given a share office, became a sharing office," he explained.

Then, there is also the progress of the construction of the Ministerial Tax House (RTJM). Hingg August 3, 2023, the progress is already 20.1 percent. According to the plan, 36 RTJMs were built in two areas, namely 12 units in 104 and 24 units in 105 IKN parcels and are targeted for everything to be completed in 2024.

Later, the RTJM will be built by the Directorate General of Housing of the Ministry of PUPR as high as two floors. On the basement floor designated for the driver's bedroom, bathroom, and guard room. On the first floor is the official area, while on the second floor is the private area of the family.

The plan is that the land area per unit of the landed house is around 1000 square meters and the building area is about 580 square meters complete with the furniture. The construction of the minister's house in IKN is carried out by PT Adhi Karya, Ciriajasa Engineering & Management Consultant KSO and supervisors from PT Yodya Karya.
