Poppy Capella also admitted that Inul Daratista was her aunt. She shared this in an interview in 2017. Poppy, who claims to move the genre to dangdut, received advice from Inul when she studied dangdut music.

Inul also explained that most of her husband's nephew, Adam Suseno, was mostly male.
