DKI Provincial Government Allegedly Purchased Own Land In Kalideres West Jakarta
JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government is suspected of buying its own land in the Pegadungan area, Kalideres, West Jakarta. This land was purchased by the Jakarta City Parks and Forest Service (Distanhut) with a value of Rp54.57 billion.
This 6,312 land was purchased from the APBD allocation for the 2018 fiscal year. The land, which is used as green open space (RTH), was purchased by the DKI Provincial Government from the Puri Gardenia II housing developer, namely PT Tamara Green Garden.
In addition, the condition of the land purchased is still a dispute between the housing developer Puri Gardenia II and several heirs, one of whom is Achmad Benny Mutiara.
This was revealed by Achmad Benny's attorney, Madsanih. He said, the purchase of land at Pegadungan was an administrative defect. Distanhut is said to have forced the purchase of land that should have been the assets of the DKI Provincial Government which was handed over free of charge from the developer.
"It is known that part of the land is part of SIPPT 1910-1,711.5 dated 1992 on behalf of PT Tamara Green Garden, which developer, in this case PT Tamara Green Garden, must hand over its public facilities land to the DKI Provincial Government," Madsanih told reporters, quoted Friday, August 4.
Another oddity, continued Madsanih, was that in the process of purchasing the land, there was no appreciation process carried out by the KJPP as one of the conditions for land acquisition by the DKI Provincial Government.

In addition, Madsanih views that the DKI Provincial Government cannot process land acquisition, which is currently still a dispute between PT Taman Green Garden and some of the heirs.
"This is very strange and too forced. The DKI Provincial Government should, in this case, the DKI Plantation and Forestry Service, in buying land for residents, must be clean and clear, and can only be used as an asset," he said.
