Once again, YouTube is also bringing full screen features like TikTok. The company says it is testing the experience of vertical live streaming on mobile devices, so live creators can be found directly on the Shorts feed.
Spectators in the test will preview vertical live videos combined into the Shorts feed. Live videos will be placed on feed that can be scrolled from other videos.
"While nothing has changed in the way creators are doing live streaming right now, we are introducing this new full-screen experience to viewers in stages, over the coming months," YouTube said, quoted from its official website, Wednesday, August 2.
Lastly, in the next few weeks, YouTube said it would start testing new recomposition tools that help creators turn horizontal videos into Shorts videos more easily.
After selecting the video to be remixed, the creator can adjust the layout, zoom, and cut the video segment.
Divided screen effects will also be available, so creators can maintain important parts of the long content to make Shorts videos more interesting.
