Bripda IMS-Bripka IG Violates Heavy Code Of Ethics Police Shoot Police Case, Police Immediately Form KKEP
JAKARTA - Bripda IMS and Bripka IG were declared to have violated the code of ethics in the police shooting police case that killed Bripda Ignatius Dwi Frisco Sirage. Currently, the Police Code of Ethics Commission (KKEP) will soon be formed to try them internally.
"KKEP will soon be formed," said the Head of the Propam Polri Division, Inspector General Syahardiantoro, when confirmed, Friday, July 28.
The formation of the trial commission has not yet been carried out because the process is still at the examination stage.
When completed, the commission is immediately formed and determines the time of the trial. From the KKEP process, internal sanctions against Bripda IMS and Bripka IG will be determined.
"It's still in the process of being investigated," said Syahar.

Bripda Ignatius Dwi Frisco Sirage was shot dead by his colleague. The incident occurred at the Police Flat, Bogor, on Sunday, July 23.
From the results of the investigation, Bripda IMS and Bripka IG were found guilty and named suspects. In this case, Bripda IMS was charged with Article 338 and/or 359 of the Criminal Code and/or the Emergency Law Number 12 of 1951.
Meanwhile, Brigadier IG is subject to Article 338 in conjunction with 56 and or 359 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with 56 of the Criminal Code and or the Emergency Law Number 12 of 1951.
In addition, they are considered to have violated the code of ethics. Both were sanctioned by special placements (patsus) in the Propam Division.
