The 17th Suspect In The Corruption Project Of The West Pasaman Hospital Has Been Detained
The District Attorney (Kejari) has named the Technical Implementation Officer (PPTK) with the initials ALJ as a new suspect in the corruption case of the West Pasaman Hospital construction project.
West Pasaman Kejari Chief Muhammad Yusuf Putra said that the 17th suspect in this case had been detained.
"Today we have named ALJ as a suspect and immediately detained. The total number of suspects who have been named as suspects is 17 people," he said at Simpang Empat, West Sumatra (West Sumatra), Monday, July 24, was confiscated by Antara. The suspect ALJ was detained for the next 20 days and placed in the detention room of the West Pasaman Police Headquarters (Mapolres).
Yusuf confirmed that before being detained the suspect ALJ had undergone a health examination and was declared healthy. "The suspect, apart from serving as PPTK, also serves as Head of Infrastructure Facilities at the West Pasaman Hospital," he said.

Previously, the West Pasaman Kejari had detained 16 people involved in the alleged corruption case of the RSUD construction project.
Of the 16 suspects, seven people have been convicted by the Corruption Court and eight others are still in the trial process. "We will not stop here. If there is other evidence, it is possible that there is a new suspect," he said.
In addition, his party also targets money laundering crimes from the proceeds of criminal acts of corruption. "This flow of funds that we will pursue because one form of corruption is an attempt to save state finances," he said. The case began when the West Pasaman Regency Government budgeted the construction of the West Pasaman Hospital from special allocation funds and general allocation funds with a budget ceiling of Rp. 136,119,063,000. In the budget plan, there was a deliberate error in the recapitulation of approximately Rp. 5,962,588,749.
Then in the auction process there was an auction arrangement by the working group team (Pokja) with other suspects with a multi-year contract in 2018-2020 of Rp. 134,859,961,000. Then the Director of PT MAM Energindo AA (suspect) transferred all work (Subkon) to the knowledge of the PPK who was also the director of the RSUD at that time to other parties from Manado.
