Police Hunt For Perpetrators Of Abuse Of Girls In Lotim To Death
The East Lombok Resort Police (Lotim), West Nusa Tenggara, found a criminal act in the death of an 8-year-old girl who died with bruises on her mouth and left a blood stain on the victim's face.
"Investigators are currently investigating the findings of a criminal act in the case of the death of an 8-year-old boy in East Lombok," said Head of Public Relations of the NTB Police, Kombes Arman Asmara Syarifuddin, quoted by ANTARA, Monday, July 24.
He said the criminal act was related to the alleged abuse that resulted in the victim's death.
With these findings, investigators are now investigating the perpetrators of child abuse to death.
"So, the perpetrators of the persecution are still being searched through in-depth examination of witnesses and evidence of the results of the post-mortem and autopsy of the victim's body," he said.
Regarding the news of immoral acts against the victim, Arman admitted that he had not received further information from the East Lombok Police.
"When it comes to that (immoral acts), we have not received a report from the police chief. We are just waiting for developments, later we will convey it again," he said.

The case of the death of the girl with the initials RNA with an unnatural condition was first revealed from the findings of residents around the victim's house in Rumbuk Village, Sakra District, East Lombok Regency, Wednesday (24/5).
The police who received information from the community immediately evacuated RNA's body which was found in a prone position tilted to the right in the back field of a resident's house about 200 meters from the victim's house.
The police also made requests for information to a number of witnesses, including the families of the victims and the head of the hamlet.
Because there were allegations that the victim died unnaturally, the police on Wednesday (24/5) night evacuated RNA's body to the Bhayangkara Mataram Hospital for the post-mortem process.
