The Inses Case Of The Fathers And Children In Purbalingga, The Perpetrators Were Thrown Into Detention
PURBALINGGA - Purbalingga Police Team, Central Java, revealed a father's inbreeding case against his biological child. The perpetrator became a suspect.
"This sexual case was carried out by BN (41), a resident of Kaligondang, Purbalingga, against his biological child with the initials DM (16)," said Deputy Chief of Purbalingga Police, Kompol Donni Krestanto, as reported by ANTARA, Monday, July 24.
The disclosure of the case began with the suspicion of the victim's mother, MSI (39), who saw that her child's condition was rather fat and complained of weakness and her stomach growing.
MSI then took her child to Dr. R.Goeteng Hospital Taroendibrata Purbalingga. After checking urine using a pregnancy test kit, the results were positive for pregnancy.
According to him, MSI asked his son about the pregnancy. DM also admitted that the act was carried out by BN, his biological father.
"After hearing DM's confession, the victim's mother then reported it to her brother, MBR (49). The victim's Pakde then reported it to the police," he explained.
Based on the report, officers from the Women and Children Service Unit (PPA) of the Purbalingga Police Satreskrim arrested BN on May 19.
Based on the results of the examination, he said, BN admitted that the suspect first carried out this act in August 2017 when the victim was still in 5th grade in elementary school.
"At that time the suspect pretended to sleep beside the victim and invited his son to have intercourse. However, DM rejected the invitation," he said.

Because he was rejected, he said, BN threatened to kill the victim if he did not want to serve his request, and finally DM complied with his father's wishes on August 15, 2017 at around 23.00 WIB.
After the incident, he continued, the suspect often had intercourse with his son.
"Sometimes three times a week, sometimes every day depending on the will and conditions at home. The last act was carried out on March 24, 2023 at around 01.00 WIB in the victim's room," said the Deputy Chief of Police.
Suspect BN was charged with Article 81 paragraphs (1), (2), and paragraph (3) of Law Number 17 of 2016 concerning Stipulation of Government Regulation in Lieu of Law Number 1 of 2016 concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection into Law.
