In Front Of Indonesian Musicians, Ganjar Talks About Creative Industries To Regional Remote Areas
BOGOR - The 2024 presidential candidate from PDIP, Ganjar Pranowo, consistently develops the country's creative industry. One of what Ganjar does in Central Java and will be developed in Indonesia is to build a creative hub throughout Indonesia.
This was conveyed by Ganjar during a casual chat with Indonesian artists and musicians at the Extrava Ganjar event in Saung Berkah Cibinong Bogor, Saturday (22/7/2023). "Indonesia has a lot of creative talent, but so far the creative industry is still in Jakarta, centris. It seems that we have to create as many creation spaces as possible so that the creativity of young people can be channeled," said Ganjar.
Ganjar also told what he was doing in Central Java, by creating a creative hub that is a place for creative young people to channel their talents and interests.
"We have to make more creative hubs, so that children in remote villages can also get space. I met musician Aftershine yesterday, they are musicians from Bantul but now they are famous. Or Putri Aryani's story, who is now a top musician. I'm sure there are still many creative musicians out there like them, "he explained.
