14 TransJakarta Bus Corridors Repaired, Semen Indonesia Uses Concrete Rapidly Dry

JAKARTA - PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (SMGR) through its subsidiary PT Pendawa Lestari Perkasa (PLP) repaired 14 TransJakarta bus lane corridors. Where, the material used is dry fast concrete SpeedCrete.

The repair also synergizes with the DKI Jakarta Provincial Highways Office.

"The improvement of 14 TransJakarta bus corridors is carried out at night so that the next day, or 8 hours after the concrete is completed, it can be passed again," said SIG Corporate Secretary Vita Mahreyni quoting Antara.

Improvements were made on the HI Roundabout route, the Sarinah Bus Stop towards HI, the Juanda Bus Stop towards Senen, the Juanda Bus Stop towards Harmoni, the City Hall Bus Stop towards the Horse Statue, Jalan Raya Kramat Kwitang towards Senen, Jl Kyai Tapa direction Roxy, the Bridge Bus Stop Baru, Jl MT Haryono towards Semanggi, Jl Gatot Subroto towards Semanggi, Jl Kemayoran Gempol, and Jl Utan Panjang Timur.

Improvements are carried out in stages from April to June 2023.

Vita added that SIG also participates in revitalizing sidewalks in Jakarta using environmentally friendly concrete products such as ThruCrete (pored concrete), LocooCrete (low-content carbon emissions), and DekoCrete (decorative concrete).

The revitalization activities were carried out in a number of areas, namely Gelora Bung Karno (GBK), the Youth Statue Roundabout to Fatmawati Station, the Banteng Square area, the Istiqlal Mosque, Tebet Eco Park, Lebak Bulus, and the Kebayoran Baru area which includes Blok M, Barito, and Melawai.

Vita said a combination of comfortable sidewalks and adequate road infrastructure is expected to change lifestyles and encourage people to use public transportation.
