Park Bo Gum Debuts Musical Acting Through Let Me Fly
JAKARTA - Park Bo Gum stepped into the musical world through Let Me Fly and this is the first time the actor has joined the musical production since he debuted in 2011. Today, Monday, July 10, Park Bo Gum's name is emblazoned on the list of musical actors.
Let Me Fly is a musical production that won six nominations at the 7th Korean Musical Awards and won three nominations, namely Best Musical, Best Competition, and Best New Actor in 2022.
Musical Let Me Fly tells of Nam Won, a man who becomes a 70-year-old grandfather due to the effects of radio frequency in one night in 1969. Exploring between times, Nam Won struggles back in time.
Nam Won was then assisted by Sun Hee's grandmother who tried to return Nam Won to her origin and Jung Boon.

Park Bo Gum will play young Nam Won along with Ahn Ji Hwan and Shin Jae Beom. Meanwhile, Nam Won's grandfather will be played by Kim Tae Hwan, Kim Do Bin, Lee Hyung Hoon. The character of Sun Hee will be played by Bang Jin Ui, Yoon Gong Joo, and Choi Soo Jin.
Musical Let Me Fly is scheduled to appear in 100 appearances from September 26 to December 10 in Seoul. The cast also visited several cities such as Busan, Anyang, and others for musicals.
This year Park Bo Gum joins a new agency, The Black Label, which is known to manage musicians more than actors. He is planned to focus not only on acting but also music which is his hobby.
The actor was confirmed to act through the drama You Have Done Well with IU and this drama is still in the process of shooting. He will also hold a fan meeting titled Cantabile to celebrate his 12-year debut as an actor.
