East Kolaka ASN Southeast Sulawesi Violates Discipline, 2 Fired, 5 Others Severely Sanctioned
SULTRA - The Regional Government (Pemda) of East Kolaka in Southeast Sulawesi Province (Sultra) has imposed sanctions for dismissal of 2 State Civil Apparatus (ASN) who violate discipline and code of ethics.
"The two ASNs who were fired were Ririn Wijaya who served in the East Kolaka Regional Secretariat's Goods and Services Procurement Section and Ali Marwan, staff of the Industry, Cooperatives and SMEs Trade Office," said Head of the East Kolaka BKPSDM Abraham through his official statement, Thursday, July 6, quoted by Antara.
Abraham added that severe disciplinary sanctions were also given to 5 ASN of the East Kolaka Regional Government.
They are M Nasir Musa, ASN of the Dangia District Office; and Harlianto ASN of the Fire Pol PP Unit and East Kolaka Linmas. Both were given sanctions in the form of release from their positions as executing positions for 12 months and were not given TPP for a period of one year.
"The trial period is six months, if you remain negligent in carrying out your duties, you will be given severe disciplinary sanctions in the form of dismissal with respect not at your own request without a trial process," he said.
Furthermore, the other three ASN who were given severe sanctions were Ramla Patta Maulu, ASN Satpol PP Fire and Linmas; Indra Pradja, ASN General Section of the East Kolaka Regional Secretariat; and Jumardin, ASN Lambadndia District Office.
"The three were convicted in the form of lower-level demotion and postponement of rank for one year. Then, the TPP was not given for a period of six months. Then, the probationary period is six months, and if they remain negligent in carrying out their duties, they will be given severe disciplinary sanctions, in the form of dismissal with respect not at the request," said Abraham.

The sentence was handed down to the ASN based on the results of the deliberation of the East Kolaka Regional Government Scope ASN Disciplinary Council Team and Code of Ethics led by the East Kolaka Regional Secretary Andi Muh Iqbal Tongasa at the East Kolaka Inspectorate Office Hall on Monday, June 12, 2023.
"Therefore, it is hoped that all ASN within the scope of the East Kolaka Regional Government will continue to improve discipline. We do not indiscriminately, like it or dislike it. But based on the applicable rules," he explained.
In line with that, East Kolaka Regent Abdul Azis revealed that whoever it is, if the apparatus serving in East Kolaka is obliged to increase discipline. Because, in the rules, it is firm and clear how many accumulated absences of an ASN to be tried and sanctioned.
"Give maximum service to the community and the East Kolaka Regional Government. If the discipline is good, then what we plan and want can be answered," said Abdul Azis.
The provisions for the punishment for ASN in East Kolaka are based on a summary of the decision on the results of the Session of the ASN Disciplinary Council and Code of Ethics Team Covering the East Kolaka Regional Government Number: 800.1.6.2/876/BPKSDM/2023.
