Bali - Center for Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis (PPATK) received an award in an effort to prevent, abuse, and Circulation of Dark Narkotics. The award was handed over by the Head of the Indonesian National Narcotics Agency (BNN), Police Commissioner General Petrus Reinhard Golose, to the Head of PPATK, Dr. Ivan Yustiavandana.

The peak event commemorating the 2023 International Anti Narcotics Day (HANI) was held by the Indonesian National Narcotics Agency at Garuda Wisnu Kencana, Badung Bali, on Monday, June 26, attended by various elements of the nation and representatives of friendly countries. International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking is commemorated by countries around the world every June 26 as a momentum to increase joint efforts in achieving a world free from narcotics abuse.

The HANI commemoration is also a form of global concern for victims of narcotics abuse and is an effort to fight against one of the extraordinary crimes faced by countries around the world. HANI is an important moment to raise awareness of the main challenges faced by narcotics, namely the loss of the younger generation.

In 2023, HANI's international theme is "People first: stop stigma and discrimination, strengthen prevention", while HANI's national theme is "Accelerated War On Drugs Towards a Shining Indonesia".
