Unlike Dito Mahendra Always Absent, Mother And Sister Attend Examination Of Illegal Senpi Cases

JAKARTA - Dito Mahendra's mother and sister are said to have fulfilled the summons for investigation regarding the alleged illegal possession of firearms (senpi). They were questioned with the capacity as witnesses.

"Adik and his parents (mother) DM came to fulfill their summons today," said Karo Penmas, Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan, when confirmed, Friday, June 16.

Both of them were present to provide information at around 13.00 WIB. The results cannot be submitted because the examination is still ongoing.

However, both of them showed a different attitude than Dito Mahendra. This is because the suspect in the alleged illegal possession case has never fulfilled the summons for examination either at the investigation or investigation stage.

Until finally, investigators put Dito Mahendra's name on the wanted list or DPO.

"Currently, investigations are still being carried out by investigators from the Dittipidum Bareskrim," he said.

In addition, Ramadhan also said that the RT chairman's witness had also been questioned by investigators. The examination process was carried out on Thursday, June 15, yesterday. However, the results of the examination were not submitted.

"The head of the RT yesterday came to fulfill the investigator's summons as a witness," said Ramadhan.

Meanwhile, Dito Mahendra's parents and younger siblings had asked for the process of taking information to be postponed until Friday, June 16.

Originally, Dito Mahendra's younger brother, with the initials B, was scheduled to provide information on Wednesday, June 14. Meanwhile, his parents were on Thursday, June 15.

As a reminder, Dito Mahendra has been named a suspect in the alleged possession of 9 illegal firearms found at his residence.

Not only about illegal senpi, Nindy's statement is also needed in investigating the suspicion of hiding the suspect. The investigation was based on a model A report regarding the alleged violation of Article 221 of the Criminal Code.

The report is registered with the number LP/A/5/V/2023/SPKT.DITTIPIDUM/BARESKRIM POLRI dated May 20, 2023.
