Central Lombok Prosecutor's Office Searches NTB PUPR Office
Investigators from the Central Lombok District Attorney's Office conducted a search at the West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) PUPR office.
The search was carried out after the Prosecutor's Office named and detained three suspects in the alleged corruption of the asphalt road project to the Mount Tunak Nature Tourism Park (TWA) in 2017.
"This search was carried out for the purposes of investigations to uncover the alleged corruption case of the road construction project towards the Mount Tunak TWA carried out by the NTB PUPR Service," said Head of Intelligence at the Central Lombok District Attorney's Office, Agung Putra, as reported by ANTARA, Friday, June 9.
The search was carried out from noon to evening or about four hours, Friday (9/6). During the search, the prosecutor's office confiscated a number of documents related to the case as many as one box.
"Evidence in the form of documents has been confiscated for investigation purposes," he said.
Previously, the Central Lombok District Attorney had named and detained three suspects in the alleged corruption case of the Mount Tunak TWA road project, Pujut District, namely the initials SM as PPK for the 2017 Gunung Tunak TWA access road construction, the initials FS as the Managing Director of PT Indomine Utama for the construction and the initials MNR as the technical consultant.

The chronology of the case, in 2017, the NTB Provincial PUPR Office carried out the construction of the Mount Tunak TWA access road, where the activity was sourced from the 2017 NTB Provincial Revised APBD which was stated in the document on the implementation of the budget for the change of the NTB Provincial PUPR Office of approximately Rp. 3 billion.
"For the construction of the Mount Tunak TWA Access Road, after an examination by an expert together with a technical team, where it is located at several points that do not comply with the specifications, causing state losses of Rp. 400 million," he said.
