DKI Transportation Agency Reviews Transjakarta Bus Tariffs To Soekarno-Hatta Airport For Employees
JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub) is reviewing TransJakarta bus services to Soekarno Hatta Airport (Soetta) which are specifically planned for employees who work around the airport area.
"The tariff is currently being studied, we also provide TransJakarta buses, ideally which ones will provide services are being studied," said Head of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Service (Dishub) Syafrin Liputo as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, June 6.
In addition, Syafrin said that the TransJakarta bus operation time will be adjusted to employee working hours.
"Yes (hours of operation) will adjust. Of course it is in accordance with the employee shift at Soetta Airport. For example, for 1 hour 8 am shift, then in the middle of the hour there will be a break, and return to operation at shift 2, for example at 4 or 5 pm there will be more services," explained Syafrin.
The TransJakarta bus serving this new route, said Syafrin, is planned not to stop at public terminals serving passengers.
"We will direct this transportation to stop at a special terminal, at the cargo terminal, for example, so as not to interfere with existing regular services," said Syafrin.

The TransJakarta service is planned to operate in the corridor. However, the exact realization is still waiting for the results of the study and discussion between the ranks of PT Transport Jakarta (TransJakarta) and PT Angkasa Pura II.
"In Jakarta he will be in the corridor. Of course he will join the Grogol Bus Stop, for example. It is being discussed technically, from where it was originally adjusted to the results of the technical study. That, for example, is Grogol. So which effective study is he because later he will join the TransJakarta corridor inside," said Syafrin.
Syafrin hopes that the TransJakarta bus service to Soetta Airport will not intersect with regular services that already exist in the area.
