Moeldoko Affirms Mining Companies Must Be Managed Sustainable And Pay Attention To Environmental Sustainability

Moeldoko accompanied by Deputy II KSP Abetnego Tarigan visited PT Vale's operation, in Sorowako, East Luwu, Tuesday, May 30. On his visit, Moeldoko saw the process of mining and transporting nickel ore, including the reclamation process, land rehabilitation on the Solia hill, to the nursery area.
It doesn't stop there. The CEO of PT Vale, Febriany Eddy, also invited Moeldoko to visit the Biodiversity Park of Hayati Sawerigading Wallace, which grew by more than 74 types of local and endemic trees.
