Case Of Father Having Sex With Stepdaughter In West Lombok Ready For Trial
NTB - The case of a father with the initials GZ (35) having sex with a stepdaughter in the Gunungsari area, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) is now being handled by the Mataram District Attorney (Kejari).
Head of Sub-Directorate IV for Youth, Children and Women of the NTB Police, AKBP Ni Made Pujawati, said that his party had just transferred the suspect and evidence of the case to the public prosecutor.
"Yes, so, we have carried out the second stage for sexual intercourse cases and/or physical sexual harassment by fathers to stepchildren today. With the implementation of stage two, the handling of cases in us has been completed," said Pujawati in Mataram, NTB, Thursday, May 25, confiscated by Antara.
Head of the Intelligence Section of the Mataram Kejari, Ida, Putu Widnyana, confirmed that the NTB Police had carried out stage two in the case that the father had sex with this stepdaughter. Therefore, the suspect will soon undergo trial for the case that ensnared him.
"Following up on this delegation, we are now detaining the suspect by entrusting him to the Mataram Class IIA Prison," said Widnyana.

With the results of this title, the police also named GZ as a suspect under the suspicion of Article 81 paragraph (1) and paragraph (3) Juncto Article 76D of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 17 of 2016 concerning Stipulation of Government Regulation in Lieu of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 2016 concerning the second amendment to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection and or Article 6C of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 of 2022 concerning Criminal Acts of Sexual Violence and Article 64 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code.
