Apple Now Has More Than 1.7 Million Applications in the App Store

JAKARTA - In its latest App Store Transparency report, Apple revealed that until 2022 yesterday, the company had 1.783.232 applications in its application library.

In addition, the technology giant also revealed other details such as the number of application submissions that were reviewed as many as 6.101.913 applications, and 1.679.694 applications that were rejected by Apple.

According to the company, the rejection of nearly 1.7 million applications was due to various reasons, one of which is a matter of concern regarding fraud and privacy.

The report also said there were at least 36.974.015 Apple developers registered on the app store, and 428.487 developer accounts that were successfully terminated.

The number of account developer terminations by Apple is said to have decreased a lot, when compared to last 2021, where Apple managed to terminate 802.000 account developers due to the potential for fraudulent activity.
