KPK Summons Hasbi Hasan Tomorrow Wednesday In Bribery Of Case Management

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) plans to summon Supreme Court Secretary (MA) Hasbi Hasan on Wednesday, May 17. He was summoned together with former Wika Beton Commissioner Dadan Tri Yudiyanto as a suspect in alleged bribery in case management.

"It is scheduled to summon two parties who have been named as suspects in the alleged bribery case at the Supreme Court," said Head of the KPK Reporting Section Ali Fikri to reporters at the KPK's Merah Putih Building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Monday, May 15.

Both will undergo examination at the KPK's Merah Putih Building. Hasbi and Dadan are expected to comply with the investigator's summons.

"We hope that the cooperative attitude of the two will fulfill the summons of the investigative team in question," he said.

Previously, Hasbi's involvement was detected after his name was mentioned in the indictment of Theodorus Yosep Parera and Eko Suparno who are lawyers. It was stated that he helped with the management of cases at the Supreme Court with the intermediary of the Commissioner of PT Wika Beton Dadan Tri Yudianto.

Meanwhile, in the bribery case, 15 suspects have been named. They are Judicial Judge Edy Wibowo; Chief Justice Gazalba Saleh; Judicial Judge Prasetio Nugroho; and Gazalba's staff member, Redhy Novarisza.

The other suspects, namely Supreme Court Justice Sudrajad Dimyati; Judicial Judge or substitute clerk Elly Tri Pangestu; two state civil servants (ASN) at the MA Desy Yustria and Muhajir Habibie's; as well as two ASNs in MA, Nurmanto Akmal, and Albasri.

Then, lawyers Yosep Parera and Eko Suparno as well as Intidana Savings and Loans Cooperative Debtor Heryanto Tanaka, and Savings and Loans Cooperative Debtor Ivan Dwi Kusuma Sujanto were also named suspects.

Finally, the Corruption Eradication Commission also appointed the Chairperson of the Sandi Karya Makassar (SKM) Hospital Foundation Board, Wahyu Hardi. He allegedly gave IDR3.7 billion to Edy Wibowo so that the hospital would not be declared bankrupt at the cassation level.
