Dewas Check Brigadier General Endar Priantoro Regarding Alleged Document Leaks At The Ministry Of Energy And Mineral Resources
JAKARTA - The Supervisory Board of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) examined Brigadier General Endar Priantoro today, Tuesday, May 9. Former KPK Director of Investigation was asked for clarification regarding the report on the leak of investigation documents at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources involving KPK Chairman Firli Bahuri.
"I was clarified regarding reports of alleged violations of the code of ethics in information leakage," Endar said in a written statement, Tuesday, May 9.
Endar admitted that he had given an explanation to the KPK Council regarding the report of the alleged ethical violation. He was questioned since 13.00 WIB.
Apart from Endar, another person was also investigated regarding the alleged leak of investigation documents at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources. He is the General Chair of PB Kami Sultoni who claims to be a reporter.
Sultoni admitted that he brought the documents and submitted them to the KPK Council when asked for clarification. One of the contents is in the form of news clips from several mass media.
Previously reported, the KPK Council is now investigating allegations of ethical violations in the form of leaking documents for investigating corruption cases at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources. A number of parties will be clarified.
"This week the Council has clarified reports of alleged ethical violations related to information leaks at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources," said KPK Council Member Syamsudin Haris to reporters, Monday, May 8.

Meanwhile, KPK Council Member Albertina Ho said the parties to be examined came from within the KPK. "It looks like investigators or investigators. Internal (KPK, ed)," Albertina said when confirmed separately.
The KPK Council also opened the opportunity to summon the head of the anti-corruption commission. However, Albertina has not yet detailed the time.
