Lynch Mob Announces New Album, Babylon
JAKARTA - Lynch Mob will release a new studio album, Babylon, in the fall.
The band, which currently consists of legendary guitarist Dokken, George Lynch, drummer Jimmy D'Kamu (Bulletboys), Tantric bassist Jaron Gulino and vocalist Gabriel Colon, performed a new song titled The Synner in several recent performances.

For most of 2021 and 2022, George has played a date across the US under the name Electric Freedom, which he previously said was a new name for his "tour entity" after deciding to retire from the band name Lynch Mob in 2020.
However, seven months later, it was reported that Lynch once again played a show under the name Lynch Mob.
"I'm a little conflict about it. But I'm just following the flow. It's the brand I'm building, and that's my last name. So, I mean, I understand the negative side of course, and I agree with the negative. But, [ Lynch's name] is in my driver's license," regarding his change of heart, George said.
Earlier, George discussed his decision to return to appear under moniker Lynch Mob in an interview with Full In Bloom in October last year.
"[Lynch Mob] is just a brand I've been building for decades, of course more than three decades. Nothing is perfect, and I have to live with the fact that it has some negative connotations that I may have to continue to explain for the rest of my life, and I don't mind doing that," he continued.
"But it's a brand I'm building, and I'm going to keep using it. As far as marketing and branding stuff and business stuff and work, and it keeps my band people working and makes fans happy, that makes sense."

"I really felt more resistance than I ever felt when I had Lynch Mob; that's the reality. Nobody really liked him. And I don't like living with it; it's a bit uncomfortable."
