Ford Kuga Special Edition, New Look And Additional ADAS Features

JAKARTA - Recently, a car manufacturer from the United States, Ford released a special edition of the Kuga model for the European market with several changes.

Under the name Ford Kuga Graphite Tech Edition, the SUV was introduced with several cool-looking updates and supported by advanced features.

Jon Williams, as General Manager of Ford Blue Europe, said the Kuga offers some interesting things that captivate the eyes and technology that drivers can enjoy.

"Now we make Kuga more attractive to SUV buyers through styles that captivate the eyes and driving technology as standard," Williams said in his official statement.

The car, which is displayed in the Grey Matter color, is equipped with a 19-inch black multi-spoke rim.

The SUV is also embedded with the ST-Line package in the form of a red rear wing and a red Kaliper brake which makes the impression of being aggressive and sporty on this car quite thick.

Plus, the manufacturer includes a Black Package, which is a touch of black accents and black rims.

Ford is offering several interesting features in this special edition of Kuga, namely Driver Assistance Pack which consists of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).

ADAS consists of several features in the form of Adaptive Cruise Control with Traffic Sign Recognition, Blind Spot Information System (BLIS), Intelligent Speed Assist, Driver Impact Monitor, and Active Park Assist.

The ADAS feature also received improvements such as Stop & Go and Active Park Assist 2 for the Kuga EcoBlue variant with automatic transmission.

There is also a Technology Pack feature, which consists of LED headlights with Glare-Free High Beam and a good HUD seen by the driver.

Although there are updates in terms of appearance or features, Ford does not include an update in terms of performance. Which means, Ford doesn't change Kuga in terms of machines.

The Graphite Tech Edition Kuga remains equipped with a 4-series 1.996 cc engine which can emit a dehest of 118 dk and a maximum torque of 340 Nm. The engine is coupled to a front-wheel drive system and transmission of eight automatic accelerations.
