Former Dirlidik Brigadier General Endar Priantoro Reports Alleged Leaking Of Investigation Documents To Dewas
JAKARTA - Former Director of Investigation of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Brigadier General Endar Priantoro apparently also reported the alleged leak of investigation documents at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources. This report was made to the Supervisory Board.
"Yes, that's right. I have reported to the Dewas the alleged leak of the information," Endar said when confirmed by reporters, Tuesday, April 11.
Endar did not specify when the report was submitted. However, Tumpak Hatorangan Panggabean, chairman of the KPK Supervisory Board, confirmed that there were complaints that had been submitted.
"Oh yes, yes (there is a report, ed)," he said when confirmed.
Dewas is certain to investigate the alleged ethical violation. Moreover, the report is on behalf of KPK Chairman Firli Bahuri.
Previously, the alleged leak of this investigation document was widely circulated in public after the KPK searched the office of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources on March 27. Based on information circulating, the leaked file contained the names of the suspects and the alleged articles.
Furthermore, the former KPK leader together with the Civil Society Coalition reported the alleged leaking of documents to the KPK Council. It is suspected that Firli Bahuri played a role in the incident.
