Telkomsel Collaborates with Microsoft to Integrate Azure AI
JAKARTA - Telkomsel and Microsoft have jointly integrated Microsoft Azure based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) into Telkomsel's marketing platform to create a more personalized experience for customers.
This integration was ratified through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and discussed further at the 2023 Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
"AI technology is currently growing rapidly, which is able to change the way businesses operate in various industries. With Microsoft Azure AI, you can analyze data insights, so that you can provide a more personalized experience for customers," said Telkomsel Marketing Director, Derrick Heng in a statement received by VOI, Tuesday, March 7.
"We are very pleased to partner with Microsoft to explore new opportunities to improve Telkomsel's marketing platform," he added.
Through this integration, both Telkomsel and Microsoft jointly determine the end-to-end process in improving and developing Telkomsel's marketing platform by combining Neural Language Processing (NLP).
Later, this technology can analyze data and produce insights that help optimize business strategies effectively.

Telkomsel will use the Azure AI machine learning algorithm to be able to analyze insight data, while NLP can be used to better understand customer interactions and sentiments, and predictive analytics to anticipate future behavior.
Moreover, it can create products and services that are more personalized according to the unique needs and preferences of each customer.
