Densus 88 Seizes Two Homemade Bombs From ISIS Sympathizers in Yogyakarta
JAKARTA - Anti-terror Densus 88 arrested Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) sympathizers with the initials AW in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). During the arrest, 2 homemade bombs were also confiscated.
"There are several pieces of evidence, including 2 homemade bombs that have been made and the materials," said Head of Banops Special Detachment 88, Commissioner (Kombes) Aswin Siregar when confirmed, Monday, January 23.
However, no details were given regarding the plan to use the two homemade bombs by the AW.

Apart from that, according to the current investigation, AW actively uploads pictures, ISIS propaganda videos on social media, and provocative calls for acts of terror. He often uses two platforms in spreading provocation.
"AW uses FB and Telegram," said Aswin.
AW was arrested around the Jalan Pendowoharjo area, Sleman Regency, DIY on Sunday, January 22 at around 06.00 a.m. Western Indonesian Time (WIB).
